Houses and buildings services

Houses

Are essential for citizens. This is the most important buildings in the city. Any fall from 2 to 20 people. If all the houses will be full, you can not recruit new citizens. Market

Firehall

Bank

Proides a wide range of influence to high lvl houses. Banks offer employment to a maximum of five workers (banker).


War and soldiers

In GoldenTowns we distinguish two types of attacks: local attacks between cities and war between countries. International war can also bring a lot of gold, because of the conquered countries will be significant taxes to flow to the participants, who sent his troops. Conquered city pay us 10% tax on produced raw materials including gold.

Gold

It's about the most we're looking for gold we can get real money by selling it to other players as well as the purchase of energy, workers, soldiers, raw materials. To get them there are a few ways:
-after reaching 66 happines, we can sell raw materials to other players, but you should know that the biggest offers are visible, if we sell only 500-1000 materials we need to lower the price otherwise our offer may not be visible to others.
-after reaching 66 happines we can sell workers and soldiers to other players,
-write articles on topics related to GoldenTowns.  0.1 Gold award for an article in English or in another language 0.0025
-buying shares other cities, when a player reaches lvl5 its shares are available for purchase,  here is a bit of risk is not always gold that we put will return, but it happens that we can earn a lot if we bought shares active player, then in the future we will certainly earn from selling them but we need to be patient.

A few words about me in goldentowns

Hello, I started playing a month ago, on goldentowns I came by chance , at the beginning I approached them quite skeptical but eventually noticed possible potential of this game to earn money just by clicking :)
At the moment, after a month of playing I mining gold every day, may not be a large sum but thanks to this I'm expanding my town, and I achieve better results.

Production buildings- Production of raw materials

In the game there are 7 types of resources, We produce them in the production buildings such as farm, claypit etc:
-vegetables (use for start production of other materials, recruit workers)
-meat      (use for start production of other materials, recruit workers)
-wood    (use for start production of other materials, build buildings, roads, clean land, and recruit soldiers)
-iron       (use for start production of other materials, build buildings, roads, clean land, and recruit soldiers)
-stone     (use for start production of other materials, build buildings, roads, clean land, and recruit soldiers)
-clay       (use for start production of other materials, build buildings, roads, clean land, and recruit soldiers)
- gold     (allow us to buy workers, soldiers, materials, and of course energy)

Each production building we can improve to level 5. Further improved buildings produces more raw materials per hour:

Vegetables:
1lvl - produces 10 for 3 hours
2lvl - produces 35 for 6 hours
3lvl - produces 90 for 12h
4lvl - produces 220 for 24h
5lvl - produces 500 for 48h

Meat
1lvl - produces 10 for 3h consumes 3 vegetables
2lvl - produces 35 for 6h consumes 12 vegetable
3lvl - produces 90 for 12h consumes 36 vegetables
4lvl - produces 220 for 24h consumes 96 vegetables
5lvl - produces 500 for 48h consumes 240 vegetables

Wood
1lvl - produces 10 for 3h consumes 1 vegetable, 1 meat
2lvl - produces 35 for 6h consumes 4 vegetables, meat 4
3lvl - produces 90 for 12h consumes 12 vegetables, 12 meat
4lvl - produces 220 for 24h consumes 32 vegetables, 32 meat
5lvl - produces 500 for 48h consumes 80 vegetables, 80 meat

Like you see its better to upgrade them than left on lvl1. If you do that you save energy because lvl5 buildings use 2 energy points within 48h (start and receive production), most of the energy in the initial phase in the goldentowns, takes the production of raw materials.

Few useful information- read before you start playing

About tutorial 


When you register and open the game the important thing is to take tutorial slow before clicking to another step, that its becouse tutorial bug can occurred, and when it happens you can't advance and need to refresh the page and do everything from the beginning. So remember to takes it slow,  somethimes its not that bad :)

Energy


Starting the game we have 100 points of energy, for each new production or a raw materials (lose 1 for the start of production as well as one for receive) and the building we lose 1 point of energy. A lot of players have a problem with it for the simple reason, badly laid out the development of city, we get 1 point of energy every hour. This seems a little but with corresponding sizing is enough. For every new lvl we will receive an additional 10 points of energy. We can also buy energy for gold, in the game: 10 energy, 25, 50, 75, 100 Their price is changed, we can notice it simply by login in to the game a couple times a day, click on the energy and certainly you can see that the energy is cheaper or more expensive than before.

Happines

It depends on the length of life of our employees those which do and those which we buy from others in the market. If the description of the worker in the market says he have two months of life, he will have as much luck you have at the moment, so if your workers live 15 days will be the same you purchased soldier or employee. Your goal is to raise houses, they increased level of happiness and prolongs the life of people, they can live up to 60 days, to reach that you need 100 happiness.

Taxes


Without them the world would be a better... More seriously now :)
We have 5 different taxes but don't wory to much 3 of them we have to pay, all of us, but 2 are exeptional.
Lets start with 3 I mention before:
-10% to state budget
-10% to your referrer  (even if we register using main page, game will add us to someone)
-10% to your town's shareholders fund
And now last 2:
-10% to player who occupied our city
-10% if some other country occupied our state
 We pay taxes when we get raw materials from our's production buildings

Home - GoldenTowns is a simulator construction. Initially, you get a small town, you have to develop into a rich metropolis. Here you buy and replace the raw materials but also the workers. For these operations properly thought out, you can get a very interesting income.

Politics - GoldenTowns is also a political simulator. Countries in the game are the equivalent of real nations. If you have a powerful enough city, you can start lation country together with other players. Anyone can be governor, but need time to do it and of course a little ambition. Countries may conflict, and wars are conducted for gold and profits. Larger conflicts can cover a large number of cities.

War - War is an important element in GoldenTowns and may be a good source of income. When the city will be conquered by you, it will get you to pay taxes.
